Issues: Education
California's 21st Congressional District is one of the poorest congressional districts in the nation and less than 60 percent of the population graduates from high school. Furthermore, less than 10 percent of the population graduates from college. Simply put, we suffer from an educational attainment gap. When in congress, I will dedicate myself to closing this gap and ensure that the educational needs of all my constituents are met.
